PRACTICE STAFF
Our practice operations manager will be able to help you with any non-medical or administrative aspects of your health care. If you have any suggestions or complaints, please ask to see her. Our team of receptionists have been specifically trained to help you. Their job is often difficult, but if you tell them clearly what you require they will do their best to help. Our team of dispensers are there to provide medicines for our rural patients. They can usually help with queries about your prescriptions and will arrange for medicines to be collected at the Village Halls.

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT
Juliette Cox
CLINICAL PHARMACIST
Kerry Alegria Ramirez
I have recently joined Harold road Surgery in the position of clinical pharmacist.
I qualified as a pharmacist in 1997 after taking my degree in Brighton University. I also undertook a clinical diploma in de Montfort university, and have been lucky enough to have worked in Community, Hospital and Primary care, allowing me to gain experience in a variety of roles within pharmacy.
My role at Harold road will be a varied one, encompassing, medication reconciliation, discharge letters, training and supporting our prescription team, liaising with community pharmacy to allow for a smooth service to our patients, and working closely with our Dispensary team.
Part of my ongoing training is to enable me to undertake clinics in the future, and undertake training in Independent presribing.
