Call 111 - When it is less urgent than 999

We're still open! We've changed how we wokr to ensure that you're still able to access your local services and stay healthy at this time. We'll be delivering all of our support services in a safe way, with guidance and sessions being provided via telephone, Skype, Zoom and Facebook. Our Stop Smoking services are still posting our NRT to clients who need them. We also have some great online exercise support coming soon. You can still refer yourself into our services by visiting our website or giving us a call on 01323 404600 to find out more.

For appointments at Harold Road, please call 01424 437962 between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Village Hall appointments must be made on 01424 728872.

We operate an appointments system for all our surgeries. If you have an emergency which cannot wait, a doctor is always prepared to see you at once. If you wish to see your own doctor at a specific time, we recommend you book well in advance. You will understand that we cannot offer a wide range of appointments to patients booking only 24 hours ahead. Our receptionists are instructed to book any patient on the same day if the case is urgent. It may be helpful if you are able to give the receptionist an idea of the nature of your complaint. If you or your child has a rash or infectious disease, please inform the receptionist on arrival. If you have a problem you suspect may take longer than usual, please ask the receptionist to book you extra time.

We also offer appointments online. Please speak to one of our receptionists for further details.

If you require an appointment for blood tests, ear syringing or dressings you need to make an appointment with a Nurse. Please do not book an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner as she can not provide these services.

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend? Appointments are now available and can be booked by your normal GP practice. Ask our reception team for more details
